We put at your disposal Smart-Ferme located in a quiet area, surrounded by breathtaking scenery!
Authentic architecture, and with all the comforts you'll need to have a great holiday.
Located in the municipality of Bni Said 11 minutes from Oued Laou beach.

The space

Smart-Ferme is composed of a master bedroom (double bed 180/200 cm), and a children's room with two single beds (90/200 cm) for two people, and in the living room a sofa bed (140/200 Cm) for two people.

In total Smart-Ferme sleeps 6.

Guest access

You can use the entire farm except for the fruit tree part.

GOOD TO KNOW:

● Our property does not accept unmarried couples either foreign or Moroccan ( A very strict regulation of the syndic).

● You have 245 meters of track to get to the farm. ( Any kind of car can go through it).

● We accept the following papers:
Religious marriage certificate
The civil marriage certificate
The Family Booklet
Knowing that the passport or the "CIN" are mandatory for couples.

● Check-in from 4 p.m.
Check-out before 12 o'clock please (Required)

● We have at your disposal 2 large shower towels 70×140 cm, and 4 hand towels 50×100 cm.

● We can't provide towels or extra sheets, but you can take some with you.

● It is totally forbidden to take the towels from the accommodation with you to the beach please.

● No air-conditioner in the house, a fan will be at your disposal

● A camera is installed outside

● Parties are not allowed.

● You may not exceed the number of people indicated at the time of booking.

● Alcohol is not allowed.

● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave SMART-FERME 🏡

● Illegal downloads are prohibited.

● No drugs in/out of our home.

● No smoking.
